- Parmesan - 150 g
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Celery leaf - 1 Puig.
- Pickled cucumber - 3 PCs
- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Mustard - 2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Greens - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Ratatouille seasonal

We buy, collect, wash, peel.

Cut at your own discretion. Eggplant soak for 20 min in salted water (if Chinese eggplant, soak not required).

Dressing. With marinated tomato, remove the skin, grind garlic + mustard + salt + some sugar to taste), mix well + greens. Add on top of the vegetables. Bake covered for 45 min 200 C. For 10-15 minutes until cooked add the Parmesan cheese. Simmer with the lid open.
