Easter cake "Duet"

Cook the cakes for this recipe for the 3rd year. Better yet not found. If you love juicy, sweet and flavorful you here... the Cakes are not dry, with a faint taste of cheese. This year I decided to combine. The dough is chocolate and spinach. It is beautiful, unusual and delicious.
Ingredients for Easter cake "Duet"
- Flour - 1 kg
- Butter - 200 g
- Curd - 200 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 9 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 30 g
- Yeast - 30 g
- Vanilla - to taste
- Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp.
- Spinach - 100 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Easter cake "Duet"
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk 100 ml. with the addition of 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp. of flour set aside for 10 minutes.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Mash the yolks with the sugar until white. Beat the whites with the salt.
Grind the cottage cheese with sour cream.
Pour in the remaining milk (warm not more than 40 degrees) softened butter, vegetable oil, grated cheese with sour cream and vanilla, mix well.
Pour part of the mixture with the yeast (for the chocolate or spinach dough) in a separate bowl. The number depends on what part of the additives you want in the cake. In the dough add the cocoa or (spinach broken blender with the addition of water 50gr.) gradually add the flour. The dough should not be steep but not to spread. Will stick to the hands, to knead well.
In the rest of the dough (another bowl) add flour and knead the dough.
Put in a warm place for about 1.5 hours. I kept mine in the oven on 50 degrees and almost ran...
Once the dough is well suited, to press down properly, add the raisins, candied fruit, lemon zest, etc. all you like.
Again put in a warm place for about 1 hour.
When the dough has risen the second time, it is possible to form the breads in shape. Tear off pieces of the dough about a walnut, lay in shape in a staggered manner. The form to fill slightly less than half.
