Very tasty meat pie! Hearty, easy to cut /not falling apart and does not crumble/ ideal for a snack on the picnic. Importantly, it remains soft and fresh even on the 3rd day after cooking!

Beat egg /I cast 1/3 for greasing pie/, add a tablespoon of sour cream and mayonnaise.

Quickly stir the batter and leave for 20 minutes to swell the flour. Then lubricate your hands with oil and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place. I had warmed up to 30 degrees the oven with a glass of cold water.
