Sometimes to treat my family, I cook very delicious milk coffee jelly. This dessert is pretty simple but takes time, if you want to get beautiful. With this dessert, you can experiment and do more layers to begin to fill with dark, but a sprinkle can like milk and white chocolate. Be sure to try!

In a bowl pour the gelatin and add to it 50 ml of cold water, leave to swell for 30 minutes.
In a saucepan pour the milk, add the sugar and heat.
Half the milk to leak, and in the remaining half add the swollen gelatin and stir well.
In each glass pour 20-30 ml of milk depending on how many layers you want to do.
The less milk, the more will be striped jelly.
To put glasses of milk in the fridge to solidify.
The remaining water (30 ml) you need to boil or pour into a Cup of instant coffee and add 2 tbsp of boiling water, stir thoroughly and then pour the coffee mixture into the remaining milk.
Here add the second part of the gelatine, stir until smooth.
When the mixture has cooled, you can pour the second layer.
To get the glasses from the refrigerator, make sure the first layer is well stuck and pour the second.
When coffee hardens, the words pour milk and so to the top of the glasses.
Above you can grate any chocolate or replace it with coconut flakes.
