- Flour - 125 g
- Cocoa powder - 30 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Milk - 100 ml
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Quick muffins with cocoa
Mix the egg, sour cream, sugar and salt. Pour the milk, mix well.
Separately mix all the dry ingredients.
Combine the two mixtures, mix well.
Spread the batter in the molds. Bake 30 minutes in a preheated 180* the oven. Readiness check with a toothpick. Allow to cool before serving. You can sprinkle the top with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze.
