- Oat flakes - 100 g

- Orange juice - 60 ml
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 0,25 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 0.5 tsp.
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Raisins - 50 g
- Sunflower oil - 8 tbsp.
- Date - 5-6 PCs

Raisins (I in this time was the prunes) soak, and then cut. Dates are also cut, removing bones, if any. Mix oats, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder and the prepared dried fruits.
