Onion cut into half rings, mushrooms slices.
Pour into the pan vegetable oil, fry the onions and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced chicken (my homemade stuffing with fresh herbs), cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
Add boiled rice and chopped fresh herbs.
Salt and pepper to taste.
