In the market have already appeared the greens. Here and green onions, and fresh peas! And may cheese is the best! It happened this spring recipe. Come and try it! We really liked the quiche!
Ingredients for Quiche with cheese and green peas
- Flour - 300 g
- Butter - 125 g
- Water - 5 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Green onions - 1/2 Puig.
- Green peas - 250 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Cream - 150 ml
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking Quiche with cheese and green peas
Mix the flour, oil, a pinch of salt.
Hands to grind. Add water and knead the dough.
The dough cover and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Green onions chopped and lightly fried in sunflower oil.
Add the green peas.
Add the finely chopped garlic. Mix well.
Remove from the heat.
Roll the dough on volume forms. To form ledges.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper and remaining salt.
Pour the oil mixture over the peas.
