Onion peeled, cut into cubes.
In skillet, heat olive oil and fry the onions until it changes colour.
Bulgarian pepper to wash, remove the seed box, cut into cubes and add to the onions. Cook together until tender last.

Add to the frying pan to the vegetables. Cook until the color changes from all sides.
Add the rice. Mix well. Warm up for three minutes.
Add the broth, green peas and tomato paste. Season with salt and saffron. Pour in the chicken broth, stir and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes after boiling. Then reduce the heat to low and cook for another 15 minutes. Paella ready to cover and let stand for 5 minutes under the lid.
