Ingredients for Branzov knedli cabbage
- Cheese - 250 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Bread crumbs - 40 g
- Semolina - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Fat - 100 g
- Sauerkraut - 250 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Branzov knedli cabbage
Sauerkraut saute in a pan until tender.
In a bowl, mix the cheese, breadcrumbs, semolina and eggs. Knead with a spoon.

In a saucepan boil water. Salt.
