Love seafood in General and squid in particular! So happy to try different recepty their preparation. Current version - with peppers and corn. And what side dish is best suited to seafood? Of course, rice!
Ingredients for Squid with vegetables and rice
- Figure - 120 g
- Squid - 200 g
- Corn - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - to taste
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Spices - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - 4 vetos.
Step by step instruction of cooking Squid with vegetables and rice
Figure TM "Mistral" cook in boiling salted water 25 minutes.
While cooking the rice, squid boil in boiling salted water for 2 minutes.
Onion cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, 2-3 minutes.
Pepper cut into strips, along with corn and soy sauce add to the onions, fry them for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepared squid and chopped dill, add to the vegetables, fry for another 3-4 minutes.
On dish spread the cooked rice on top of the squid with vegetables.
