While cooking the rice, squid boil in boiling salted water for 2 minutes.
Onion cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, 2-3 minutes.
Pepper cut into strips, along with corn and soy sauce add to the onions, fry them for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepared squid and chopped dill, add to the vegetables, fry for another 3-4 minutes.
On dish spread the cooked rice on top of the squid with vegetables.
