A quick ragout of zucchini and chicken

We've learned that "fast food" is a bad meal, lots of calories and no benefit. This recipe is the opposite: lots of vitamins and fiber and have little time to prepare-just 15 - 30 minutes!
Ingredients for A quick ragout of zucchini and chicken
- Zucchini - 4 PCs
- Chicken fillet - 2 PCs
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
- Parsley - 1 vetch.
- Sour cream - 150-200 g
- Flour - 1.5 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking A quick ragout of zucchini and chicken
Here is a set of products we need
Slice zucchini, tomatoes and chicken medium cubes. Peel and chop the garlic.
Finely chop the parsley and combine with garlic. I have parsley instead of dill.
Preheat a skillet the butter. Quickly fry the zucchini on high heat until Golden brown. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper and fry a little.
On the other pan fry the chicken until done, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the fillets to the zucchini.
Pour zucchini and chicken with sour cream and stir. I often use homemade yogurt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Then add the tomatoes and parsley with the garlic, mix well.
Keep frying for another 5 minutes. Then remove and serve. Bon appetit!
