Steaks in a marinade of herbs-an easy and delicious version of shish kebab. You can stay on the stage of barbecue, and you can prepare them a delicious and unique salad.

Cooking time is given without time for marinating meat.
For marinating I made a marinade of herbs, but it does not matter, you can use the very steaks without marinating, coat a little oil, a little salt and fry until ready.
Wash the herbs, slightly dry. Grind in a blender the ingredients for the marinade, add the soy sauce and oil. If the marinade has thick, add a little water. You can use dry herbs, but fresh is more flavorful marinade.
Marinate steaks in the marinade at least 1 hour. If you plan to only do barbecue, it is best to take the neck part, the salad is better suited lean ham.
Cook on medium coals until tender (about 15 minutes). To give meat to cool slightly.
Washer pineapple slightly dry and zagrliti two sides in 1 minute.
Chop steak and pineapple into large pieces. Salad leaves coarsely torn, cut tomatoes into large cubes.
