Simple and hearty dish for lunch or dinner. Cooking quick and easy. On the side, of course, rice. Today and always figure TM "Mistral"!!!)))

Prepare the products. Clean and wash well the fish.
In a saucepan, pour 3 cups of water. Add 0,5 tsp of salt. Bring to a boil. In boiling water put 1 package of rice. Boil until tender.
While cooking the rice. Cut the fish into pieces.
In a Cup put 1st. L. flour and 0.5 tsp salt. Stir. Dip the fish pieces.
In frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Spread the fish pieces. Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
While fried fish, sliced green onions. In a Cup put the sour cream and green onions. Add salt.
In sour cream and onion powder add 150 ml of boiled water. Mix well.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan with fish.
Cook the fish for 10-12 minutes on medium heat.
Add 1 Bay leaf. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Spread the rice. Add the fish and cream sauce. Serve, adding parsley.
