- Minced meat - 250 g
- Minced chicken - 250 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Millet - 1 package.
- Greens - to taste
- Vegetable oil
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Pasties with minced meat, herbs and millet
The millet I used TM MISTRAL.
Mix the minced meat and minced chicken, add minced onion, chopped herbs and boiled wheat. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. The stuffing is ready.
Put 1-2 tbsp filling on the dough.
Roll the burrito and it is good to take.
Fry pasties in a well-heated vegetable oil on both sides until Golden color.
