Rice with chicken and vegetables - simple yet very tasty dish that can be cooked quickly for lunch or dinner. The recipe is incredibly simple, I recommend to prepare at the cottage.

Rice bags from TM Mistral easy to prepare: put the sachet with rice "amber" in boiling water. Simmer for 30 minutes.
To prepare chicken with vegetables we have 30 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil 2-3 minutes.
Add to fried onions frozen vegetable mixture (I used the Mexican - beans, carrots, green peas, corn, bell pepper) and saute 5 minutes.
Take the chicken fillet.
Cut into small pieces.
Add to vegetable mixture, season with salt to taste, cover and simmer.
Finely chop the tomato.
Tomatoes add to the vegetable mixture and the chicken. Continue to simmer, cover.
Add to taste dried Basil, red pepper, curry. Saute a few minutes until tender. 30 minutes went by, chicken with vegetables ready.
Ready and rice. Get the bag and allow water to drain.
Carefully open the bag and place the rice on a plate. Put chicken and vegetables on the rice and serve.
