Amazing fish! Salmon is delicious by itself, but combined with the nuts turns into a true delicacy. The dish is very rich in vegetable fats and omega-3 acids. The site has a similar recipe, but mine is simpler and a little faster to prepare. Enjoy!

Ingredients for Salmon topped with nuts
- Salmon - 350 g
- Walnuts - 1 Gorst.
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Lemon juice - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Salmon topped with nuts
Salmon steak clean of scale, sprinkle with salt and sugar, allow to stand for.
Grind the nuts together with the fennel seeds using a hammer. Add the vegetable oil.
Carve the steak into two portions of the piece, and remove unnecessary bone. Spread on them a mixture. Put in oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
Salmon sprinkle with lemon juice.
