It would seem, nothing special: just meat, just breading, just grilled. But one detail makes this dish interesting - if you place the pieces of meat in a certain way, the finished dish looks very beautiful striped cut! Needless to say that this effect is very easy to achieve, and unforgettable taste, if you cook meat on the coals and with the right sauce!
Ingredients for Meat Tyrol on the grill
- Pork - 800 g
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Bread crumbs - 80 g
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Meat Tyrol on the grill
Cut meat slices, repel to a thickness of half centimeter.
Grind garlic, mix with the breadcrumbs, pepper and salt.
Pieces of meat liberally lubricated with BBQ sauce Teriyaki c honey on all sides.
You know, this sauce is supposed to use when the dish is almost ready, but I decided to try to do so, and I liked it because the meat is very nicely cooked!
I bet that without this sauce of such beauty could not be.
Then sprinkle with breadcrumbs with garlic and put the slices of meat "standing" in a row close to each other on the foil, tightly rolled.
If the number of turns is very long - make two rows, each wrapped separately.
Fry on the grill on open fire until cooked.
It will take about 15 minutes.
In the oven the meat will be prepared for about 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
When serving, cut along, it turns out the promised striped slice!
