Ingredients for Rice with eggplant and minced meat
- Figure - 2 pack.
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Paprika sweet - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper - to taste
- Basil - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
- Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Rice with eggplant and minced meat
Dropped the rice in boiling water and the vegetables laid out in a wide large pan or – ideally - in a wok with heated oil. Fry, stirring, over high heat about 3 minutes until light brown.
Put the stuffing, sprinkle with paprika and stir fry, breaking up lumps, until the friability of meat. Add sweet pepper and warmed it.
We still have 5 minutes! Put in the minced meat tomato sauce and yogurt, add sugar and salt, mix well and on medium heat simmer under the lid.
Merge with rice water and give it well-draining.
Spread the rice on plates in the middle, put the stuffing with vegetables. And serve immediately, garnished with parsley. Flavorful and juicy meal is ready!
