This oatmeal cookies cooked very quickly and simply from always products available in an economy, but despite this has a very pleasant taste, and besides it is very useful because it does not contain any butter or eggs and it is cooked on the low-fat yogurt with minimal sugar!

- Oat flakes - 250 g
- Flour - 150 g
- Sugar - 60 g
- Yogurt - 200 ml
- Milk - 100 ml
- Leavening agent - 1 package.
Step by step instruction of cooking Oatmeal cookies
This is all the necessary products.
Combine all the dry ingredients, namely: oats, sifted flour, sugar, baking powder and mix everything.
In a separate bowl, combine any fruit yogurt you like best and milk, mix everything until obtaining a liquid consistency. Milk is better to add parts, maybe it will take a little less or more important to obtain a liquid mixture.
In the dry mixture, pour the yogurt mixed with milk and carefully mix everything together, the batter should be thick, slightly stick to hands, if you suddenly turned very liquid dough, you can add some cereal or flour.
Should look like the dough, it should be about that consistency!
Shape the meatballs with slightly damp hands and spread on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper at a small distance from each other.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. If You like crisper cookies, then soak it after baking in the off oven for a few minutes!
