For the marinade: finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger.
Put the chopped vegetables and ginger in a bowl, pour soy sauce, vegetable oil and vinegar.
Add the ketchup (it is better to take without additives tomato) and mix well. This marinade can be supplemented with your favorite spices for meat, such as ground pepper, coriander and others, depending on your taste.
Meat you can grate a little salt and put them in a container. Pour the marinade and mix well to have it distributed throughout the meat. Cover and let it marinate for about 12 hours, it is best to prepare the meat the night before cooking.
