Prepare the products.
In a pot of boiling water, put the bags of rice. Salt. Cook on low heat for 25 minutes.
While cooking the rice, prepare the caviar pancakes. In a Cup put the cleaned membranes caviar. Add the egg and 0.5 tsp salt.
Mix well. Leave for 2 minutes.
Peeled onions cut into arbitrarily. Put onion in the bowl of a blender.
Turn the onion into a puree.
In the caviar mass add the onion puree and semolina.
A heated pan greased with vegetable oil. Caviar spoon spread the mass on the pan.
Fry pancakes with two sides, for 2 minutes on each side.
Bags of rice take out of the pan.
Serve rice with caviar pancakes.
