Ingredients for Millet with mushrooms and goose liver
- Millet - 1 package.
- Water - 3 stack.
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- The goose liver - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Millet with mushrooms and goose liver
Prepare the products.
In boiling water put a bag of millet. Salt. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
While cooking the millet, cut into half rings onions.
Cut the goose liver.
On a heated pan pour vegetable oil. Spread the mushrooms. If the mushrooms are large, then you need to cut. (I use cooked frozen mushrooms from own billets, pre-thaw). Fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
Add in the fried mushrooms and chopped onion. Stir. Fry for 2 minutes.
Add to the pan the sliced goose liver (you can substitute chicken liver). Fry for 2 minutes.
Take out of pan bag of millet.
Add to the pan of boiled millet. Add salt to taste.
