- Sausage - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 200 g
- Green peas - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1 l
- Salt - 1.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Rice with vegetables and smoked sausages
Prepare the products.
In boiling water, put the bags of rice. Salt (1 tsp). Cook on a medium heat for 20 minutes.
Cut into cubes smoked sausage.
On a heated pan pour vegetable oil. Put sliced sausage. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add to the pan the chopped vegetables.
Stir. Fry for 5 minutes.
Take out of pans bags of rice.
Add to the pan of boiled rice and canned peas. Salt.
Serve immediately, add the herbs.
