- Buckwheat - 1 package.
- Salt - to taste
- Beef - 150 g
- Oyster mushrooms - 100 g
- Green beans - 65 g
- Black pepper - to taste
- Chili - to taste
- Onion - 1 piece
- Peanuts - 1 Gorst.
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Buckwheat with beef and mushroom
Prepare the ingredients. Buckwheat put in boiling water, add salt and cook for 20 minutes.
Onion peel and cut into half rings.
Oyster mushrooms cut into pieces.
Beef cut into long thin strips.
1 tbsp vegetable oil fry the onion with oyster mushrooms 4-5 minutes, season with salt to taste. Place on a plate.
Add the remaining oil and fry the beef until Golden color (7-8 minutes), add salt and pepper to taste, then reduce the fire, add the beans and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Drain the water from the bag. Open the package and put the boiled buckwheat dish.
In a frying pan to return the fried oyster mushrooms with onion, mix, sprinkle roasted and ground peanuts.
