Yes, I admit. Recipes bagels a lot, and my 280 already... But we love bagels in this recipe, which is written down in my note-book marked in 2007... Not sure where I found it, but the bagels are just as delicious as everyone else. Can someone and useful this simple recipe for delicious bagels.
Ingredients for Bagels with cocoa
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Water - 90 ml
- Milk - 90 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Yeast - 1.5 tsp.
- Dry milk - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 3 stack.
- Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
- Butter - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Bagels with cocoa
Wrap the Crescent rolls and spread them on a baking sheet with parchment, greased with vegetable oil.
I got 2 baking trays.
Proving 15 minutes in a warm place.
Then brush with milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees ( I have a mode convection+ bottom heat) until Golden brown ( about 15-25 minutes, ovens are different)...
