Ingredients for Risotto-style
- Figure - 3 pack.
- Cashews - 50 g

- Zira - 0.5 tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Raisins - 0,5 stack.
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Cilantro - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Risotto-style
To prepare the risotto I used the rice in boiling bags "Mistral".
Boil water and drop the bags of rice into boiling water.
While it cooks, prepare a "refueling" for a future risotto. Here is what we will need.
Heat the pan with oil, fry the cinnamon stick, seeds of cardamom and star anise for a few minutes to give the oil its flavor.
While spices are heated in oil, finely chop half onion and a large clove of garlic.
