Baguette cut into slices 1.5 cm thick. Fry in butter on both sides until Golden brown.
Cucumbers wash, dry, RUB on a large grater. The excess liquid to drain.
Add the mayonnaise. You can replace it with sour cream. On a fine grater grate the garlic. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Wash tomatoes, dry, cut into thin plates.
On a slice of baguette spread about a tablespoon of the filling and slice of tomato.
