Always thought pickle is a hot entrée. But a few years ago I found on the Internet for a recipe a hot dish of the same name. Read the recipe and preparation were shelved. In General, when going to cook, then remembered that is found in meat, pickles, tomato paste. And another son and his friends really liked the pasta with the addition of pickles. Thus was born the recipe - a complete improvisation in the spirit of Russian cuisine.

- Minced Turkey - 450 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumber - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp
- Black pepper - to taste
- Buckwheat - 4 pack.
- Greens - 1/2 Puig.

Boil grits according to instructions on the package.
Onion peeled, cut into cubes. In a saucepan heat the oil and fry the onions until it changes colour.
Pickled cucumber cut into cubes. Add to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes.
In a saucepan, add the ground beef. Cook, breaking up clumps, 10 to 12 minutes. Add the tomato paste. Mix well. Cook for another 3 minutes.
