Of two oranges and squeeze the juice. You can use the prepared juice of the packages but keep in mind that there is always added sugar, and that means that your portion will be more nutritious!
Cover the gelatine with 1/2 Cup of orange juice and leave for 30-60 minutes in a warm place to swell. (If you have not granulated gelatin, follow the instructions on the package)
Cut mango, remove the stone, peel, cut into small pieces and mash until state puree. I used the chopper in a food processor.
Mint leaves wash, dry paper towel and finely chop (I just added the chopper). The photo shows that in the mango puree should remain small pieces of the fruit.
The remaining orange, peeled, cut into thin slices.
Orange juice mixed with gelatin, heated, not boiling. Then allow to cool, gently mix with mango puree, add the slices of fresh orange. You can add a little lemon zest or fresh-frozen berries. The finished jelly pour into different forms: from Kremenec to cups or glasses. Best if your dishes will be transparent, then the dessert looks spectacular. I had plastic boxes. To harden jelly put it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. Garnish with leaves of fresh mint and serve their loved ones.
