Ingredients for Chicken kebab "Country"
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Balsamic - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- The mixture of peppers - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken kebab "Country"
Chicken cut into serving pieces and marinate in soy sauce TM "Kikkoman".
I used only legs and wings.
Large onion cut into thin rings.
Basting raspberry /grape or Apple/ vinegar and cream of balsamic vinegar.
Sprinkle with a mixture of 5 peppers, optional chicken little prisolit.
Mix well and leave to marinate.
I have due to lack of time, marinated for 4 hours.
Put the chicken on the grill.
And fry on the grill on the coals.
For me, the process took about 20 minutes.
And here is the result!
Chicken kebab was very tasty, soft, juicy, with a delicious smoke aroma. The preparation time excluding the time spent on marinating meat.
