Prepare the marinade. Take soy sauce, I have a TM Kikkoman, press out garlic, add the vegetable oil, chili pepper flakes and sesame seeds, stir.
Take chicken Breasts, good beats, better through the film or package.
Chopped chicken breast, lubricated with marinade. Put on top of the second repulsed the breast, again lubricated with marinade, then a third. Good press, top lubricated with a brush of soy sauce. Cover with film and leave to marinate for at least an hour.
Breast cooking on the coals on the grill or on a special (like me) the grill pan.
Fry until it will turn brown on both sides about 15 minutes.
When serving, cut the puff, served with vegetables and greens.
