Lightly whisk egg, add whey, vegetable oil, stir. Add salt, baking soda, wheat flour. Flour may take less or more. Knead a smooth dough.
Leave at room temperature for 30-35 minutes.
Cut onion into quarters and fry in vegetable oil.
Potatoes wash, peel, cut into cubes and boil in salted water until tender. The water is drained, add the butter.
MNU potatoes with a potato masher, mix with fried onions.
The dough can be cut two ways. I divided the dough in half, one half thinly unrolled and divided into four quadrants. On each square put the filling about 1 tbsp heaped, folded in half and tingled region.
The second part is divided into four parts, each roll into a circle, put the filling and tingled region. The second method was faster.
Fry on a dry pan until cooked on both sides. Cook quickly, until one party is fried, time to do another one.
