- Cabbage - 250 g
- Carrots - 1 piece

- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Oyster sauce - 1.5 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

Fresh young cabbage finely shinkuem, we shift into a bowl, sprinkle a little salt and a little (!) fray hands.

If no oyster sauce, you can use soy.
You can cook without vegetable oil.
