- Sour cream - 50 g
- Cheese - 70 g
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish casserole
Garlic finely chop. In butter with garlic fried spinach leaves or finely chopped fresh cabbage for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In the form of spinach, crack eggs and stir. Very much salt, remembering that the fish we already have enough salt.
The fish dismantle into pieces. Boiled potatoes, finely chop or roughly mash with a potato masher.
