The products that we need.
Peel and chop the vegetables into strips, I RUB on a grater. Fillet cut open a packet of millet.
In a saucepan heat the oil and add the millet, stir and fry for a minute.
Then add chicken, fry until whitening of meat.
For meat and millet add the potatoes, carrots, garlic, passed through the press. Stir and fry for a few minutes. Pour hot water, add salt, bring to boil and simmer until cooked millet.
5 minutes before ready, add the cheese, Bay leaf and corn.
