I want to share the recipe is simple, but at the same time very tasty and interesting dishes, in the preparation of which is used herring! Never used to make anything except the well-known salad! But since then this word sounded to me in a new way! Try it and see for yourself!

Ingredients for Cakes eateries with herring
- Flour - 200 g
- Potatoes - 4 PCs
- Herring - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
- Sweet pepper - 1 depot.
- Water - 50 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cakes eateries with herring
Boil potatoes in their skins. Cool. Clean.
Crush the potatoes into a puree, pour 50 ml of water.
Add the flour, salt and pepper. Knead the dough.
1. Onions finely chop, fry in a pan until Golden brown. Add to the onions breadcrumbs. I use them instead of toast, which by the blender to turn into crumbs.
Fry for 1-2 minutes.
2. Herring fillet (I take ready in the pack) chopped.
Add in onion fillet with breadcrumbs. Mix well. This will be the stuffing!
4. In the center of each circle put the filling, to take, to form patties.
I always have it in the form of petals, but here as you like.
5. Coat with yolk! I do it for a nice crust, but if someone decided to cook this dish in a post, use the yolk is not necessarily enough just to fry the patties in the pan.
I decided to bake it in the oven!
So... Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Despite the fact that these pies are the same "snackbars" the dish is self-sufficient, so it is perfect for Breakfast or as a main dish for dinner!
