Ingredients for Eateries muffins "Surprise"
- Leavening agent - 1.5 tsp.
- Flour - 180 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Spinach - 1/2 Puig.
- Curd - 200 g
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Cheese - 100 g
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Yolk egg - 3 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Eateries muffins "Surprise"
Chop the vegetables: peppers, zucchini in small cubes spinach in large strips.
In a large bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with cottage cheese and milk. Add salt and pepper.
Add the mixture to the flour and mix thoroughly. Then add to the dough, zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes and grated cheese.
The dough is distributed into molds for muffins so that in the center was a small hollow where you put the egg yolk, and then gently zakritim its test. The recipe makes 12 muffins, I only had three yolk and, therefore, three mafia surprise.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Served the muffins warm.
