The combination of millet, pumpkin and cauliflower can be seen infrequently in cooking. But, nevertheless, such a singularity gives the dish a special flavor. This dish can be a great Breakfast or dinner, and is also used as a garnish for meat or poultry. In addition, it is suitable for fasting, vegetarians and those who adhere to the diet.

Our helper in the preparation of this dish - millet bags from TM "Mistral". Its Golden grains always turn out crumbly and fragrant.
Put to boil the water for the millet. Once it boils, potseluem and drop it in the bags with the grain.
At the same time pour in a pan water to just cover the bottom. And also wait for boiling.
Once the water is boiling, put in pan with the cauliflower, disassembled into small florets. Fry, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
Now it is the turn of the pumpkin. It must also cut in small cubes and put to the cabbage. Fry the vegetables, stirring for another 1-2 minutes.
