Very tender and juicy unleavened cake! The filling can be any taste!
Ingredients for Non-yeasted Easter cake
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Sour cream - 1/4 Cup.
- Milk - 3/4 stack.
- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Butter - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Raisins - 1 Gorst.
- Mac - 1 Gorst.
- Cranberry - 1 Gorst.
- Walnuts - 1 Gorst.
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Powdered sugar - 150 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Non-yeasted Easter cake
Butter room temperature vzbit with sugar.
Add the egg and mix again.
Add the milk and sour cream, mix again until smooth.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and vanilla sugar, stir until smooth.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one part add Mac and stir.
In the second part of the test added dark raisins. dried cranberries and walnuts and mix well (you can add one or even some other filler).
Pour the batter into molds and bake at 180 gr. approximately 30-50 minutes.
Finished cakes to cool.
Further, the cakes a sugar glaze and sprinkled with confectionary decorations. For the glaze, mix the powder with water, water may need slightly more or less.
