For a great side dish to a dish I used buckwheat in cooking bags "Mistral".
Drop the bags in boiling water.
While the buckwheat is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the spinach, lemon juice and cream, season with salt. Will heat for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat. Add the grated cheese.
