Ingredients for Chicken fillet with spinach
- Chicken fillet - 1 kg
- Spinach - 3 Puig.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
- Balsamic - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken fillet with spinach
Take spinach, wash it and finely chop.
Melt the butter, pour back the spinach and fry, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper to taste. In the spinach is ready add finely chopped garlic, we will use them later. The three cheese on a coarse grater
Take chicken breast, cut into thin layers. We got each piece into 3 parts
Fold the cut fillets in a deep bowl, pour sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
