Skewers of legs shot up from all sides with a mixture of ginger, soy sauce and Apple cider vinegar turns out very tender, juicy and delicious.
Ingredients for Prick kebab from the legs
- Chicken thigh - 1 kg
- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Cinnamon - 1 depot.
Step by step instruction of cooking Prick kebab from the legs
Naturalno brewed soy sauce "Kikkoman" mix with grated ginger and Apple cider vinegar.
Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
The mixture was filtered to collect the syringe and cut away from all sides of the leg.
Mix the honey, mustard, salt, and cinnamon, coat the legs from the top. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Legs spread on the grill and fry on the coals on both sides until cooked.
Serves delicious legs with vegetables.
