Bred yeast in warm water and add a spoonful of sugar.
In a separate bowl sift flour.
In the sifted flour add all remaining ingredients, except raisins, namely, salt, vanilla sugar, coconut milk, vegetable oil and the yeast with sugar.
Knead the dough. It turns out dense, not stick to hands.
Now mix up the dough pre-steamed and dried raisins.
Formed dough balls, about 12 to 14 pieces, depending on what size rolls you like.
Now give the muffins shape. I just roll each ball and made it four incisions.
