Salad of boiled cod with potatoes and vegetables was very hearty, and can easily replace a full meal for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients for Salad with cod and vegetables
- Cod - 200 g
- Potatoes - 400 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Cucumber - 180 g
- Pepper - 150 g
- Radishes - 150 g
- Shallots - 70 g
- Salt - to taste
- Basil - to taste
- Olive oil - 25 ml

Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with cod and vegetables
Radish washed, cut off the tails, cut cubes
