Aromatic peanut sauce with an interesting touch is perfect for chicken and stresses the tenderness of basmati rice. The dish is prepared quickly and it turns out delicious and easy.

Put to boil water for the rice, clean the vegetables, cut into fillet strips about 3 x 1.5 cm. Omit the rice and cook in hot oil and fry a little fillet.
In a blender to break the onions, garlic, tomatoes and ketchup peanut butter into a homogeneous mass.
Pour the chicken, stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add salt and herbs. Cover and simmer for another couple of minutes.
Drain the rice and give it a little wrap around.
Serve rice with chicken in the sauce immediately, hot.
