This salad is incredibly popular in France, it can be found literally at every step. It is very easy to prepare and very tasty. The recipe is assembled on site by chef Jenn Segal.

Carrots wash, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a bowl mix Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, both oils, salt and pepper.
To the carrots add chopped parsley and onions. Pour the sauce and mix well. If You have carrots not too juicy, I recommend to increase the amount of ingredients for the sauce.
Give half an hour to infuse.
