Grilled chicken is always delicious! A roulade of chicken marinated in special sauce, with an intriguing filling - just delicious twice! Look what a delicious crust is formed on the outside! What a bright and juicy filling inside turns out!

Chicken fillet cut, open, as a book, little beats a frying pan or rolling pin (not with a hammer with teeth, etc., to avoid rupture of the fibers and, as a consequence, the liquid is not much followed).
Add to the chicken sauce-Teriyaki marinade, allow to stand for half an hour.
Eggs, beat with salt and pepper, prepare a "scrambled" on a dry pan.
Parsley finely chop.
Carrot RUB on a coarse grater.
Grind the nuts.
On each chicken fillet with layers spread in a quarter of the "omelet", parsley, carrots, nuts. Slightly pressing down the filling, turn in the roll.
Place rolls in foil on the grill. Prepare the rolls for about 10 minutes on the coals and about half an hour in a preheated 200 degree oven.
When serving, cut into slices.
