Warm salads are the perfect solution for those who like light, but at the same time hearty. Because summer is the time to stock up on vitamins. The idea of this salad thank you Kate (Panterochka). The Foundation I took and added a bit to your taste. And the name came to mind, looking at the color of the main ingredients.

Put water for rice to boil and at the same time prepare the other ingredients:
Chicken breast finely chop;
Red cabbage chop;
Beets grate on a grater;
Dates to release from the bones and chop.

Now it is the turn of vegetables. You can add them to the salad fresh, but I prefer a slightly pripustit in a small amount of oil and/or water. Cooked this way the vegetables all the vitamins are stored and absorbed they are much better than fresh. Vegetables remain crisp, but less traumatic to the digestive tract in the presence of any problems.
So heat the pan vegetable oil, add the cabbage and fry for 1-2 minutes on high heat.
Then add the beets and fry, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.
The next ingredient - dates. Add them to the vegetables, diminish the fire, close the lid and simmer or until the end of cooking the rice for about 10 minutes, or until desired degree of readiness ("hruskoci").
This time I wanted to strengthen the "purple" meals and give it even more fruity touch, so I added a little pre-brewed hibiscus tea. Also add salt and pepper to taste.
15 minutes have passed, the rice was boiled. Get the bag of rice out of the water, let it drain and spread the rice on a plate.
This time I cooked two dishes with Jasmine rice. Half sachet to the liver with fruit and salad for the warm half of the bag, as it only made one serving.
