Prepare the products.
In boiling water, lay the bags of rice "amber" TM "Mistral". Cook until tender on low heat.
While cooking the rice, chop the herbs and garlic.
Put in blender jar canned green peas, chopped fresh herbs, garlic and butter.
Grind until smooth. The stuffing is ready.
Chicken fillet cut in, a little before reaching the edge.
Spread fillets. Add salt to taste.
For chicken spread 1 tbsp of the prepared filling.
Turn chicken fillet in a roll. Do the same on the second roll pocket.
Lay chicken rolls-pockets on a heated pan.
Fry for 3-5 minutes.
Rice take out of the water.
Serve rice with chicken pockets.
